Introduction

The dump bailer is Connect with the tool string used to pour acid, mercury and other liquids onto the top of any device in the wellbore. When operating, strike downward to cut the pin and break the baffle to allow the liquid to flow out.

The dump bailer is composed of an upper joint, a cylinder body, a connecting cylinder, a cutting cylinder, a sheath, a short connector, a baffle, and a lower joint, among other components. 
When it is lowered into the well, the cylinder is filled with liquid. After reaching the designated position, it is shaken downward to cut the safety pin, causing the cutting cylinder to break through the baffle and allowing the liquid to flow out.

Assembly and Disassembly: 
Assembly: 
Link the joints and the cylinder; 
Install the inner and outer O-rings on the connecting cylinder and then link it with the cylinder; 
Install the O-rings on the cutting cylinder, link the short connector and install the shear pin and the protective sleeve; 
Link the cutting cylinder with the connecting cylinder and tighten the cotter pin; 
Install the O-rings on the lower joint, then insert the baffle into the lower joint (pay attention to the installation direction), and link the short connector. 

Disassembly: 
Clamp the cylinder on the vise and use the chain wrench to remove the lower joint; 
 Remove the cotter pin, disassemble the cutting cylinder, remove the short connector and the   protective sleeve; 
 Use the chain wrench to disassemble the connecting cylinder and the upper joint; 
 Remove all the O-rings.
